Coach Aaron Johnson's Story

Aaron Johnson is a veteran coach and athletic director with more than two decades of experience leading programs across South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Oklahoma. With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, he has spent his career helping teams build identity, elevate standards, and create cultures where character drives performance.

Aaron’s approach blends practical coaching experience with transformational leadership principles. He’s passionate about developing people—coaches and athletes alike—through mentorship, accountability, and systems that produce long-term growth.
